  Total waste of time, called looking for a remote kit to retrofit some fans. Describe what I wanted over phone, was told they had it...drove out there and was then told they needed to know what brand of fan, to take a picture and come back. If I hadn't of called to check and see, sure. If the lady on the phone mentioned to come in with information, sure. But to call, have them say they have what I want and not ask for additional information makes me not want to go back.
